J.D. Power, the market research firm best known for its customer satisfaction surveys of newfangled cars, came up out today with its first-ever survey of existent estate agents. This has had to be a hard time to do this product launch.
The big winners were Keller Williams, which had the mellowest rank among home buyers. Prudential hit eminentest among home sellers. J.D. Power explicates that it involves two winners because buyers and sellers are looking for dissimilar skills. Buyers desire someone who’s uncommitted when they ring, antiphonal to problems and assists negociate a serious deal. Sellers desire someone who can market their property. Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX as well hit highly.
A few interesting stats: Half of all customers retrieved their agents through family or friends. Interior buyers were presented an average of 13 houses before producing a purchase. Sellers suppose their homes were established eleven times.
